Contact them from their website to request roof cleaning quotation and received their response the same day. Once confirmed the work arrived on the time he promised, work was conducted professionally, after work done he even give me some suggestion about my roof. No reserve to recommend their service.

I’ve used Roof Cleaning for the past couple of decades and Bio-Shield product in the roof is great. On the south side of the high pitched gable Bio-Shield has been able to keep the moss and lichen at bay .
I use Bio-Shield once every 3-4 years only.
No problems, no mess, no intrusion.

Just wanted to touch base and let you know Dave treated our (Monier) tiled roof a few weeks ago. We are super impressed with the results so soon. Approximately 15 months ago I engaged with your company to try and rid my old clay tiled roof of lichen, algae and moss.  I had previously paid two other contractors to clean up the roof and they assured me that the treatment would start to work in 6 weeks.   On both occasions I paid handsomely for this treatment to be done and it did not deliver results on either occasion.
I spoke to you Andy who assured me that you could achieve a result and confident that the treatment you proposed would work but that it would take over a year to fully see a result.   I was sceptical but engaged with you to do the job.    You were totally professional and very thorough and I can now confirm that the treatment of the clay tiled roof has delivered.  I am very pleased and would absolutely put my hand up to recommend Bio-Shield roof cleaning.

Roof Cleaning quoted to treat the roof (Bio-Sheild) and to clean the spoutings at one of my rental properties, based on a verbal description I provided (no onsite visit). However, when he arrived on site, he found the spouting was quite OK and did not need a clean. So he only charged me for the roof treatment. I strongly value this kind of integrity and honesty, as a lesser person could have just charged me the full amount, and I would not have been any the wiser. Not so with Andy. Thanks –
